Our Policies

POLICIES:

-We are not responsible for duties/fees/taxes on international orders

-Due to nature of product being sold, we typically do not offer refunds.

-We consider office hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

-We prefer emailing as main form of communication, but don't worry, we are typically quick to respond (usually within 24 hours, but typically we respond much quicker than that!)

-We are not responsible for delays with shipping carriers.

-We are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments and recommend reaching out to your post office delivery person if you notice the tracking shows delivered but can't locate the item.

-We ship most orders from Fresno, CA (Central Valley of California), however, if an order warrants it (volume, distance, tight turn-around timing, etc), we may use a fulfillment partner to help fulfill the order. Example: If you are in New York and need your order fast, we may have a NY based DTF printer fulfill the order on our behalf in an effort to substantially cut down on transit time.

-We reserve the right to set an order minimum in order to ship items free. Example: if an item is heavily discounted, you may need to meet an order minimum to receive free shipping.
