GRAPHIC TEES: All of our shirts are blank on a shelf waiting to go to their new home. Once you place the order, only then does that blank shirt get the design printed on it. Since we make the shirt just for you after the order is placed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges as then we must hope another customer will purchase that same exact size, color and design you had once customized.
We may accept exchanges on very specific shirts with strong resell potential. Please message us with your order information at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do to assist. If we are able to authorize a straight return, please note a restock fee will most likely be charged and under no circumstances do we refund shipping fees. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase. We do not provide refunds (except under certain circumstances).
All shirts go through a quality inspection process before shipping, however, we are only human and could have missed something. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving and we will make it right!

CLOTHING RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Boutique clothing can be returned for a full refund within 10 business days. Tags must still be attached and item must be unworn and in brand new condition. Clothing that is returned with make-up or deodorant marks will not receive a refund. Final sale/clearance items under $20 cannot be returned. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges.
