It's only recommended to size down from your true size if you prefer to wear your shirts fitted or if you want the shirt to be shorter in torso length. Ordering your true size means the shirt will most likely fit roomy, but not baggy or boxy.  

♥ Sizing for Men: This shirt fits overall true to size.
